Job Specification: To provide a pure water system to produce 10m3/hr short cycle demin plant less than 2 micro-siemens for the site at Bradford.
Work was completed in 8 weeks and delivered to site.
Result: The new unit has been working very successfully and the quality of water is down to less than 2 microsiemens and fast regeneration time is enabling higher production with less down time.

Due to our expanding production needs an Excel Water Demineralization Plant was purchased at the beginning of 2012 to cover our significant increase in production output.
The Plant arrived on time and the installation by the Excel Water engineers was accomplished within two days. The plant was straight into production, producing over 10m3 of high quality demineralised water at less than 0.3 micro Siemens quality to our holding tanks per hour, which was way above our expectations in both volume and water quality.
The installation was very professionally carried out and the on site training of the personnel involved with the running and maintenance of the plant was first class. The post technical support from Excel Water has been outstanding and their commitment to the customer has been superb.
The production of over 10m3/hr and a re-gen time of less than 30 minutes, demineralised water are now always available for our manufacturing needs.
From our experience since the introduction of the EX Power demineralization plant, we would highly recommend this product and Excel Water for large quantity water treatment needs.
